The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique, proven system of exercises developed to preserve and promote the integrity of the spine.
In my work I use conscious guidance that allows us to work together to make conscious connections as we move through the Pilates exercises. I take time to allow you to recognize your body‘s presence. To help recognize how you move your body in ways that both enhance your freedom to move smoothly, with balance, control and good breathing coordination, and also to recognize how your movement may get in the way of this free flowing movement.
