Both individual sessions and group classes are available. If you have never taken Alexander work before, I recommend enrolling in the Beginner’s Guide to the Alexander Technique. You will learn the basics this technique has to offer. If you would like to continue your practice of the work, the evening or early morning group class is the class for you.

We take our time to apply the skills learned from the Alexander Technique in our yoga practice. We look at finding a sense of self that can be balanced and moveable. physically and indirectly emotionally.
