Individual lessons are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Simply call or email with a message saying you would like to sign up for some lessons. Lessons run for 45 minutes. Expect to work for at least 10 weeks, in weekly sessions. There is availability to work more often, should you wish to do so. Online lessons are also available. I recommend having some hands on guidance from a certified Alexander technique teacher if you can but it is not necessary.

This is an on going class. We apply the Alexander skills to movement. Using exercises from Pilates and Yoga, we work to improve strength, flexibility and movement coordination. All are welcome to participate.

This experience is a synthesis of reflexology techniques and the Alexander Technique. Find an deep relaxed state through the reintegration of facial awareness.
No creams or oils are used.

This 8 week program provides a comprehensive and balanced approach to improving vision, posture and overall body awareness. By integrating the Bates method and Alexander technique, participants can experience deeper relaxation, better eye health, and more efficient movement, and a means of maintaining long-term improvements.
