Individual lessons are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Simply call or email with a message saying you would like to sign up for some lessons. Lessons run for 45 minutes. Expect to work for at least 10 weeks, in weekly sessions. There is availability to work more than once per week should you wish to do so. Video conferencing is available. It is recommended to have received hands on training from a certified Alexander technique teacher.

This is an on going class that applies the Alexander Technique to movement. This progressive program offers individuals an opportunity to delve deeply into movement on a pyshco-physical level. Applying inhibition and direction while enhancing sensory perception . All are welcome to participate. $40 covers 4 sessions in one month.
